Ljubljana Summer School participants can register for the optional HOSPITALITY PACKAGE (380 EUR) which includes:

• accommodation in triple rooms in a dormitory (located in the city centre) from 3 to 23 July 2022.
• self-service breakfast at the dormitory (every day).
• lunch in cafeteria next to the School of Economics and Business (from Monday to Friday).

If you want to register for the hospitality package, you have to mark this option the Ljubljana Summer School application form (Step 3 - Fees).

Information about the dormitory:

• Accommodation in triple rooms (Email about rooming wishes will be sent by the LSS organizers in June).
• Check-in: 3 July from 15:00, Check-out: 23 July by 10:00
• Bed linen, pillows and blankets.
• Shower and toilette are in common usage. 
• Shared kitchen on each floor.
• Computer rooms & study rooms.
• Free internet access (cable and wireless).
• Free secured parking next to the dormitory.

There is a possibility to be accommodated in a double or single room at an extra charge. The number of these rooms is very limited, therefore a request should be sent to summer.school@ef.uni-lj.si in advance.

Booking additional nights (outside the official check-in and check-out dates) is subject to availability&additional costs and should be arranged directly with the dormitory.

If you do not wish to register for the hospitality package, you should find private accommodation on your own as we do not have any special arrangements with private providers. Breakfast and lunch are then excluded as well - you can have lunch in the same cafeteria as the others on your own expenses.
