Ljubljana Doctoral Winter School

 
 
    • Ljubljana Doctoral Winter School is intended for doctoral students, postdocs, academics and professionals from various fields worldwide. All courses will take place online from 15 to 19 February 2027.
    • The course list and application form will be available at the beginning of November 2026.
    • Course fee: 600 EUR
    • Credits per course: 4 ECTS
    • All participants will receive an official Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course. Participants who require ECTS credits for their PhD studies may obtain an official Transcript of Records upon successful completion of all course requirements and the final examination or assessment.
 
 
 

Course information

  • You must review the course syllabi for any specific entry requirements. Questions about course content should be directed to the course instructor (email addresses are provided in the course syllabi).
  • The course fee includes live online lectures, access to all course materials, software and platforms, a non-refundable registration and administration fee, official certificates issued at the end of the programme, and professional administrative support before, during, and after the programme.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a course if circumstances beyond our control prevent its delivery. If we officially cancel a course, we will offer the option to transfer to another course (subject to availability) or provide a full refund of the course fee paid.

  • The fee must be transferred in a single payment in EUR. You are officially admitted to the programme only once full payment of the fee has been received.
  • Your application is considered provisional until payment is received. No rights can be derived from a provisional application.
