Ljubljana Summer School participants can book a HOSPITALITY PACKAGE for 470 EUR which includes:

dormitory accommodation in triple rooms with self-service breakfast from Sunday, 2 July to Saturday, 22 July 2023
lunch in a cafeteria next to the School of Economics and Business (every week from Monday to Friday only; weekends excluded).

To book the hospitality package, it is necesarry to choose this option in the Ljubljana Summer School application form (Step 3 - Fees).

Information about the dormitory:

Accommodation in triple rooms. Email about roommate wishes will be sent to all accepted participants in June.
Check-in: Sunday, 2 July from 15.00, Check-out: Saturday, 22 July by 10:00
Bed linen, pillows and blankets.
Showers and toilettes are in common usage.
Shared kitchen on each floor.
Computer rooms & study rooms.
Free internet access (cable and wireless).
Free secured parking next to the dormitory.

There is a possibility to be accommodated in a double or single room at an extra charge. The number of these rooms is very limited, therefore a request should be sent via email in advance.

Booking additional nights (outside the official check-in and check-out dates) is subject to availability and should be arranged with and paid to the dormitory directly.

Students who do not wish to register for the hospitality package:

We do not have any special arrangements with private providers therefore students should find accommodation on their own. Breakfast and lunch are excluded in this case as well. Students can have lunch in the same cafeteria next to the School of Economics and Business and pay directly at the cashier.
