In order to apply for Ljubljana Summer School, follow all steps in the application form. We advise you to read all information regarding the programme on the Ljubljana Summer School website before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be automatically rejected. It is very important to provide a valid PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS (not your institutional email address) in order to receive information/documentation regarding Ljubljana Summer School at all times and avoid technical issues on online platforms.

Supporting documents to be uploaded in the application form:

• Passport-sized photo
• CV (Resume) in English
• Copy of Identity document (ID or Passport)
• Latest grade transcript
• English language proficiency certificate - you can upload Transcript of records if you have done courses in English, Certificate issued by your home institution confirming that you study in English, Official language certificate (such as TOEFL, IELTS) or similar 

Application and payment deadline:

• 7 June 2023 (23:59 CEST, Ljubljana)

What happens after you submit your application?

• We will process your application within 2 weeks and inform you about our decision by email. This period will be shortened as deadlines approach.
• If you are accepted, you will receive an email with a proforma invoice (with dates for bank transfer). 
• The fees are to be paid in one amount by bank transfer in EUR. Overpaid amounts will not be refunded!
• If a third person makes the payment on your behalf, the bank statement must contain your full name, otherwise it may be difficult to allocate the payment.
• If you are eligible for a discount (group discount, tuition waiver in agreement with your home institution, etc.), this will be taken into account when processing your application.
• If your home institution or employer is covering your fees and requires an official invoice, please let us know in advance by email.
• You will not be officially admitted to the programme until full payment of fees is received. Until payment is received, your application will be considered a provisional application. You cannot derive any rights from your provisional application. Admitted participants who have paid first will be given priority admission to the courses.
