HOSPITALITY PACKAGE	470 EUR

What is included in the programme fee?

course tuition, course materials and access to software/platforms;
non-refundable registration/administrative fee,
professional administrative support before, during and after the programme;
several organized social activities during the programme to foster the intercultural experience;
Ljubljana city bus pass;
Certificate of Attendance and Transcript of Records;

Discounts might be available for students of certain partner universities (group discounts or tuition waivers in case of exchange imbalance). We recommend that you inquire in advance if your institution has a special nomination and application procedure for participation in summer schools abroad.

IMPORTANT:

All applicants should wait to make travel arrangements or private accommodation reservations until they receive our final confirmation for the selected courses. In the event of cancellation, we cannot refund any additional costs, except for the programme fee and the hospitality package fee.

Application and payment deadline

7 June 2023 (23:59 CEST, Ljubljana)

If the payment is made on the last day, it is necessary to send us a copy of the payment receipt to our email. 7 June is the last day for the transfer, otherwise the participation in the programme cannot be confirmed.
