Cancellation by the participant
If you wish to withdraw your registration for the programme, you should send a written cancellation by email. The following cancellation policy applies:

If you book and pay for the hospitality package but later decide to stay in another type of accommodation, a cancellation fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
Requests for reimbursement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if made prior to the start of the programme, not after. The following extraordinary circumstances are warranted (supporting documentation is required in all cases):
- Extenuating personal circumstances (e.g., illness, bereavement, etc.);
- Rejection of a visa application; please note that we cannot consider unjustifiably late or incorrect visa applications!
Cancellation by the organizers
We reserve the right to cancel a course if enrollment is less than the minimum limit or if other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from conducting the course. Any course cancellation will be communicated to registered participants by email as soon as possible. In case of an official cancellation on our part, we will offer the possibility to change the course (depending on available places) or to arrange a full refund of the fees paid.
All applicants should wait to make travel arrangements or private accommodation reservations until they receive our final confirmation for the selected courses. In the event of cancellation, we cannot refund any additional costs, except for the programme fee and the hospitality package fee.
