Cancellation by the participant

If you wish to withdraw your application for the programme, you should send a written cancellation by email. If you withdraw before making the payment, there are no cancellation fees. Once your payment has been made, the following cancellation policy applies:

Extenuating personal circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement etc.);Requests for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if communicated before the start of the programme, not after. The following exceptional circumstances are justified (supporting evidence will be requested in all cases):

Cancellation by the organizers

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to lack of interest (required minimum is 7 participants per course) or if any other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering it. Any possible cancellations will be announced as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, applicants will be offered the possibility to change the course (depending on the available places) or receive a refund of the paid course fee.
